At HCD Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original boxes with all hardware included; for large freight items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience.
Inspection and Processing
Once your return reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our resale standards and original condition requirements.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
